A Series of ... - The Photos

Last week I posted about my latest trip with my someone's family. We had a blast despite the series of unfortunate events that occurred to us throughout the day. Here are some photos I took along the way...

We started off at the Pool of Arches, paddling in two small dingies

From there we continued towards Jerusalem, stopping at a forest on the way for some brunch. Everyone got right into preparations, while I was looking for the best nature spot to tinkle...

After brunch we continued our journey to Jerusalem. In the middle of town, deep in heavy traffic (and high temperatures), the car we were in got so heated up, steam started coming out of the air-conditioner opening. We stopped on the side to pour water on the engine and try to cool it down

After the heated car ordeal, and then the other car breaking down, we made our way to Hezekiah's Tunnel (Nikbat Ha'Shiloach) where we had to just pass the time until we finally went down to the tunnel... After a few rounds of 21 questions, a couple of visits to the Kiosk, and a few tours around the grounds of City of David, we had no choice but to snap some silly photos...

This was to measure where the water might hit you in the tunnel

At the end of it all, we were all together again, and we sat down for dinner at an upstairs patio restaurant overlooking the walls of Jerusalem's old city. We ate, we laughed, and were thankful for the time we got to spend together!

I loved all the photos....especially the black and white one of you and your Sweetheart! The pot with the bread (I think it's bread) and eggs looked delish! What is it?

What a fun time you all had....I loved your Sweetheart's looked like little mummy people on it!
